    1. Custom-Made Product Disclaimer

    All of our cups are custom-made by hand, not mass-produced. This means:

    • Each item is unique and may have minor imperfections or variations.
    • Small blemishes, slight misalignments, or tiny air bubbles are normal and do not qualify as defects.

    We strive for quality and attention to detail, but perfection is not guaranteed with handcrafted items.

    2. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

    Due to the custom nature of our products:

    • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
    • Please double-check all personalization details (names, colors, etc.) before submitting your order.

    If you made an error in your customization request, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee adjustments after production has begun.

    3. Shipping & Damages

    We carefully package each order to prevent damage during transit. However:

    • Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage.
    • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

    We will work with you as much as we can, but please understand there are limits to what we can control once the item leaves our hands.
